Old Stoic (Stowe School)
Former pupils of Stowe School in Buckinghamshire are known as Old Stoics.
Originally for boys only when it opened in 1923, it now has around 550 boys and 220 girls.
Arguably the most beautiful school in the country, it was formerly the country seat of the Dukes of Buckingham and Chandos. The main building is now a Grade 1 listed building and is maintained by the Stowe House Preservation Trust.
Did you know? The school’s cricket ground is used by Northamptonshire CCC and a corner of Silverstone Motor racing circuit is named after the school.
Former pupils include Richard Branson, David Niven and HRH Prince Rainier III of Monaco.
The belt mirrors the old school tie of light brown, blue, black and white.
All of our belts are hand beaded in Kenya by the Maasai, using an average of 6000 beads.
We use the highest quality leather to ensure our belts are extremely long lasting and durable.
This belt is 1.5 inches wide.
The old Stowe School tie is not a tie at all. It’s a Manyatta belt.

DELIVERY:
We believe in being totally honest with our customers. Like a bespoke suit or pair of shoes, outstanding craftsmanship takes time. When the order is placed, the mamas in Kenya start beading your belt, utilising their cultural and ancestral skills. Once this is complete, the belt is sent to us in the UK. For this reason, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Trust us - it is utterly worth the wait!
