Royal Artillery

Created for the Royal Artillery.

The Royal Regiment of Artillery, commonly referred to as the Royal Artillery (RA) and colloquially known as 'The Gunners', is the artillery arm of the British Army.

The Captain General is Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Although artillery was used as early as the battle of Crecy in 1346, The Royal Artillery was officially formed in 1720.

There are 10 Regular regiments of The Royal Artillery and 6 Reserve regiments.

The belt has been designed on the stable belt of red, navy blue and yellow horizontal stripes in the appropriate widths.

All of our Royal Artillery belts are hand beaded in Kenya by the Maasai, using an average of 6000 beads.

We use the highest quality leather to ensure our belts are extremely long lasting and durable.

This belt is 1.5 inches wide.

The old Royal Artillery tie is not a tie at all. It’s a Manyatta belt.

DELIVERY:

We believe in being totally honest with our customers. Like a bespoke suit or pair of shoes, outstanding craftsmanship takes time. When the order is placed, the mamas in Kenya start beading your belt, utilising their cultural and ancestral skills. Once this is complete, the belt is sent to us in the UK. For this reason, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Trust us - it is utterly worth the wait!
