Old Radleian (Radley College)
Old Radleians are the former pupils of Radley College in Oxfordshire, which was founded in 1847.
It is one of only 4 boys-only, boarding-only independent schools in the UK. Despite this, it remains one of the most successful independent schools in the country, with a long waiting list.
Boarding houses are known as Socials and the grounds were designed by Capability Brown.
Famous former pupils of Radley include the cricketers Andrew Strauss and Ted Dexter, the presenter Mark Durden-Smith, the former Poet Laureate Andrew Motion and TV reality star Jamie Laing.
The belt is modelled on the old school belt and is in a vertical style of black, cerise and white.
All of our belts are hand beaded in Kenya by the Maasai, using an average of 6000 beads.
We use the highest quality leather to ensure our belts are extremely long lasting and durable.
This belt is 1.5 inches wide.
The old Radley College tie is not a tie at all. It’s a Manyatta belt.
IMPORTANT - HOW TO MEASURE A BELT:
DELIVERY:
We believe in being totally honest with our customers. Like a bespoke suit or pair of shoes, outstanding craftsmanship takes time. When the order is placed, the mamas in Kenya start beading your belt, utilising their cultural and ancestral skills. Once this is complete, the belt is sent to us in the UK. For this reason, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Trust us - it is utterly worth the wait!
