Rifles

Created for The Rifles.

The Rifles is an infantry regiment of the British Army.

It was formed in 2007 and consists of 5 regular and 3 reserve battalions. Each battalion of The Rifles was formerly an individual battalion of one of 2 large regiments of the Light Division, with the exception of the 1st Battalion which is an amalgamation of 2 individual regiments.

Many of The Rifles' Battalions have been deployed in Iraq (during some of the worst fighting) and Afghanistan.

The Colonel-in-chief is The Duchess of Cornwall.

The Rifles' beaded belt has been designed on the tactical recognition flash. It is therefore horizontal in style with green, red and black stripes.

All of our belts are hand beaded in Kenya by the Maasai, using an average of 6000 beads.

We use the highest quality leather to ensure our belts are extremely long lasting and durable.

This belt is 1.5 inches wide.

The old Rifles tie is not a tie at all. It’s a Manyatta belt.

We believe in being totally honest with our customers. Like a bespoke suit or pair of shoes, outstanding craftsmanship takes time. When the order is placed, the mamas in Kenya start beading your belt, utilising their cultural and ancestral skills. Once this is complete, the belt is sent to us in the UK. For this reason, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Trust us - it is utterly worth the wait!
