Cricketer Cup Final

Thanks to the incredible efforts of the ground staff at Arundel Castle Cricket Club, a horrible, rainy morning only managed to reduce the match between Old Millfieldians and Oundle Rovers from a 50 to a 40 over match.

Oundle posted a highly competitive 222 and at around 50 for 4, Old Millfieldians were in deep trouble. A magnificent, unbeaten partnership saw them win by 6 wickets as the 2 batters tore apart some excellent, predominantly spin bowling. 

We were delighted to be able to present a voucher for a belt to each member of the winning team.

Well done to The Old Millfieldians and Oundle Rovers for a wonderfully entertaining match, especially considering the cold conditions.
