Beading

There are around 6000 beads on a size 36 belt, all individually sewn on by hand. 

To make the job even more skilled and painstaking, some of the correct sized beads arrive mixed up with smaller beads. Each bead has to be the same size so smaller beads have to be put to one side. 

It amazes us how quickly some of our belts are created and ready to send within 2 days. I think it's fair to say it would take most of us at least 2 weeks........
